Resilience Coaching Collective
Welcome to Resilience Coaching Collective!
A neurodiversity-affirming podcast where autistic adults and allies explore evidence-based, constructional approaches to resilience, emotions, and meaningful change.
Facilitated by certified BCBA, executive & resilience coach Belle Stikeleather, each episode features raw, unfiltered discussions with recurring autistic contributors (Aaron, Mina, Alex, and more).
We draw from the pioneering constructional approach of Israel Goldiamond, expanded by T.V. Joe Layng, and rooted in B.F. Skinner’s science, focusing on building strengths and repertoires rather than eliminating “problem behaviors.”
Expect compassionate, measurable strategies for:
- Validating emotions as legitimate signals (anger as injustice alerts, grief from betrayal)
- Bridging neurodivergent-neurotypical communication gaps
- Fostering collective belonging through RCC (Resilience Coaching Collective) tools
Whether you’re an autistic adult, family member, educator, or behavior professional, this is your space for growth without stigma, turning conversations into actionable, long-lasting resilience.

Who I Am and Why I Started This Podcast
In this first episode of Coaching for Change, I’m sharing my personal journey—from studying diplomacy to discovering behavior science and coaching as my true calling. My path took unexpected turns, from working onboard a luxury ship to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and pursuing a PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a focus on coaching and international dissemination.
We’ll explore:
- How my early experiences shaped my passion for coaching and inclusion.
- The pivotal moment when I realized coaching is about guiding discovery, not just giving answers.
- Why the Constructional Approach (Goldiamond, 2002) influences my coaching philosophy.
- The difference between coaching and traditional supervision—and why language matters in learning and development (Tucci, 2009).
This podcast is about building, not just fixing. Join me as we create meaningful change using science, self-discovery, and intentional action.
Listen now and start constructing the life you want!
